Scope of our Involvement

Aveng E+PC have been appointed as the EPCM contractor to undertake full Project Management and Controls, Engineering Design, Procurement and Construction Management Services for this fast track project. The project has challenging logistics, budget and completion deadline constraints that are being well managed by the experienced team based at the E+PC Centurion Office, Pretoria.

At conclusion, the existing plant capacity will be increased to in excess of 50% of its original capacity; with additional floating separation plant complete with dredge and increased associated plant and infrastructure.

Procurement is being undertaken on an international basis, with vendors in South Africa, Australia, Croatia, India and America. The Construction management of the Civil & Earthworks, SMPP, E&I and System Integration contractors is being managed by a highly experienced Aveng E+PC Construction management team based on site with suitable commercial and engineering support based in Centurion, South Africa. The Aveng E+PC team will further, as part of the project scope conclude “Cold Commissioning” and are currently finalising a proposal to do assist the client with “Hot commissioning” assistance.
